Our purpose
Common(s) Wellness is a welcoming space designed for whole-person wellness—addressing mental, physical, emotional, and relational wellbeing. We recognize many are facing challenges—stress, anxiety, physical tension, relational strain—and our aim is to provide a peaceful, restorative environment that supports healing at a foundational level.
Healing, in essence, is about becoming whole. This is why our approach focuses on nurturing restoration from the inside out, creating a safe environment where visitors can find rest and renewal. Because each person’s healing journey is unique, we offer a variety of wellness modalities tailored to different needs, all intended to support sustainable wellbeing.
We hope visitors leave feeling equipped with practical tools and renewed clarity they can bring into everyday life. This space is not about long-term dependency—it’s about igniting transformation that continues beyond the visit.

What we offer

acupuncture
Acupuncture is a holistic therapy that involves inserting very thin needles into specific points on the body to promote natural healing and restore balance. It’s commonly used to reduce pain, relieve stress, improve circulation, and support overall wellness by stimulating the body’s own healing response.

sound baths
A sound bath is a relaxing, immersive experience where soothing sounds and vibrations from instruments like crystal bowls, gongs, and chimes are used to promote deep rest and mental clarity. As you lie comfortably, the sound waves gently wash over you, helping to calm the nervous system, reduce stress, and support overall wellbeing.

yoga/meditation
Yoga and meditation have the ability to positively affect every aspect of a person- mentally, physically, spiritually, and emotionally- simultaneously. they leads us to the present moment and allows for the letting go the beliefs, habits, mindsets, and past situations that hinder our healing.
